It feels funny to post about Christmas since we have moved on, but I just uploaded 700+ pics, so I have to start from the beginning of December. :) We hosted a Christmas party for some of Jayden's buddies! We have an amazing Mom's Group at church, with lots of little kids.
Jayden was so excited to wear his special tie for the party!
Instead of trying to buy for all of our kid's friends, we decided to have a party, and exchange names. We were more focused on teaching the importance of "giving," than on the actual gift. I wanted Jayden to know who he was buying for, go into the store, and really think about buying a specific gift for someone other than himself. That is a hard concept for a three-year-old, but he did great!
We ordered donuts from "Mr. Motorcycle Man" and enjoyed donuts before starting our party.

Can you tell Brady loves donuts as much as Jayden now?
Having his donut with Carter.
Yummy!
Jenn flew in the day before, so she was able to be here for the party!

The kids all played while the moms visited.
Jayden did his craft with Auntie Jenn.
Bradley had a cold, so September stayed home with the twins, but Nathan was still able to come to the party! Brady loves to follow Nate around.
Jayden bought for Samuel. The rule was...you had to only spend a dollar on the gift! We went to the Dollar Store and went shopping. Jayden spent a LONG time shopping for his friend. He finally found something, and wanted to wrap it himself. I held the pieces of tape, while Jayden "wrapped" the gift for his buddy. It was so fun to watch his excitement as he cut the wrapping paper, rolled it all up, etc.
Giving Samuel his gift!
Exchanging gifts!
Brady loved his new present! A Mickey foam puzzle!
Time to play!
The kids all had a great time!
