Brady's 2 Year Pics!

Well...I finally took Brady to get his 2 year pictures taken. He was a little stinker for them, but Miss Laura was able to capture some great shots. She's been taking Brady's picture since he was 3 months old, and we had them taken every month for a year. She is so good with the boys!

Cubbies Awards Night!

Jayden completed his first Cubbies class! We went to Cubbies Award Night. I took pictures with my camera, and I will post those soon. (Pictures with his teacher and friends)  I am one proud Mama. He memorized so many bible verses, completed his weekly homework, and made new friends in class. Here is a video of their presentation tonight... (sorry about the quality, Jamie recorded it with my phone while I took pictures with my camera. We should have reversed it. Jayden is in the middle, in a red shirt)

Cute story...my friend Carrie brought her 4 month old over to visit yesterday. I told Jayden to tell Baby Aubrey something special. He leaned over and said, "Aubrey, I have Jesus in my heart." It was the SWEETEST thing ever. I am so proud of his love for Jesus. He will now go downstairs by himself because he tells me, "Mommy, I'm not scared because Jesus is always with me." He loves to carry his little black bible Grandpa gave him, and "reads" it to Brady. It's so cute to hear him reteach what he learns in Cubbies. We love you big boy!

Happy Birthday Brady!

My baby turned 2 on May 12th! I can't believe it has already been two years since we brought him into this world. We started off our morning with donuts! Jayden wanted to use "silly candles" to sing to Brady.

I let Brady choose which kind of party he wanted and he chose, "Thomas!"

We bought helium balloons to decorate with for the party. My mom and I were inside cutting up fruit and we looked up and Brady was walking out of the house with the balloons. Jamie had the air compressor going, so he couldn't hear a thing. We were yelling at Brady to give them to Daddy, but he couldn't hear us either. I went running outside but I was too late. As I got closer, he let go! Birthday fail!

Brady kept saying, "Brady, balloons, up, up, up in sky!"

We could only laugh at this point. He kept telling Jamie, "Daddy-get balloons!" :)
