Bird Feeder Project

Lorinda and I have been talking about a "bird feeder" project for a while now. She actually told me about it a year ago, and we saved pine cones, and then would forget about it. We agreed, it was time to follow thru!
Samuel explained to Jayden how they were going to make them...
Lorinda is so creative in how she set it up! She made little shakers for the boys out of cups, saran wrap, and rubberbands! They spread peanut butter on their pine cones, and then shook bird seed over the peanut butter to create the "feeder!"
Shaking the bird seed...
Concentrating!
Lorinda was helping Brady with his feeder.
(he just wanted to get down and go play! ha!)
All done! She tied pretty ribbon around the top, and we hung them in our trees!
Samuel's favorite part was the peanut butter!

This was a fun and easy project for the kids!
Jenn...I thought you could do this with your Mom's Group. It was easy enough for all ages.
