Jack-O-Lanterns!!

We celebrated Halloween for 4 days this year! :) We carved pumpkins one day, went to a Halloween Party, Trunk-or-Treat, and then Trick-or-Treating. It was so much fun and the boys loved it. I will have pictures of all our events, but for now,
here are some of the boys carving jack-o-lanterns.
The boys had a few different pumpkins, so Jamie started off letting Jayden carve his "GREEN" pumpkin first. Brady had one, too. So, they took a Sharpie and drew what they wanted on their pumpkins.
It was so cute to watch Brady study what was going on,
then join in the fun.
Jayden was all about the triangle eyes.
Jamie was so patient with the boys. He's such a good Daddy!
Brady's turn!
I didn't get pictures of the final green jack-o-lanterns. :(
But, here is the carving of our big jack-o-lantern!
Jayden's excitement was priceless...
Jayden was pointing to one of our pretend jack-o-lanterns in the living room. He was explaining to Jamie he wanted one just like that one.
Cutting the top!
Jayden loved cleaning out the all the seeds.
Yucky! :)
Brady decided to try, but changed his mind quickly!
He touched the edge and shook his head and said, "NO!"
When Jamie gave Brady a spoon, he was excited.
He would scoop the edge, but not dare put his hand inside.
He is so funny.
Watching so patiently!
Taking out the mouth
Funny boy
This is the plastic one that Jayden wanted our's to look like.
Jamie did such a good job!
Jayden said our pumpkin was, "Spooky!"
All done!
I love that we're starting fun traditions with our boys to
continue every year!
More Halloween pictures to come...
