It's time for me to upload my cell phone pics again! :)
I love that my cell takes pictures because there are times when I want to capture a special moment and don't have my camera. Here is a pic of Jayden and Reed walking to Sunday School. Jayden absolutely LOVES church! He loves to learn about God and practice his bible verses. He asked me this week..."Mommy, so, is God in the sky or in my heart?" I LOVE IT! SO thankful that our church has an amazing Children's Church.

Do you remember this picture?

I can't remember if I posted this one, but it is so cute! As soon as Jayden takes his glasses off, Brady grabs them so he can wear them. Jayden is so good about sharing with his little brother. However, Brady got rough with these (cheap) glasses from Dollar Tree and broke them!
Jayden just said, "It's okay, Brady. Accidents happen.
We can get a new pair at the Dollar Store."
Then quickly followed that statement with, "Right, Mommy???"
I took the boys for a run and looked down and saw Jayden loving on his brother.
I grabbed my phone!! These are the special moments I am talking about!
I'm so in love with these little boys!!
Here are a few pictures from John's Incredible Pizza
Brady liked it, until it started to move. Samuel and Jayden had fun!
We don't have pretend guns at our house, so when the boys get their hands on them...they are quite excited. I didn't get a picture of Jayden shooting at this game, but I did get Brady. They learn so young. I actually think he was just excited over it because Jayden was. :)
Jayden LOVES to play on Starfall.com. It's an educational computer game that reinforces reading skills for children. We used it during our computer time when I was teaching. Jayden gets to do it once or twice a day, for about 30 minutes. Brady LOVES to watch. He doesn't care that he isn't clicking the mouse. He giggles and dances along with the nursery rhymes and listens to the stories. So cute.
Of course, they both bring their Shamus for the Starfall party. Whatever big brother does...little brother does, too. :) It's so funny. Brady only wants his Shamu if Jayden has his. The minute he sees Jayden with his, he runs in his room calling, "Mu! Mu!"
The boys love to play dress up! They are Cops, Fireman, Pirates, Buzz, and more! Jayden helps dress Brady. I just sit and watch as he tries to work it all out. It's fun. Brady ended up with the beanie and gloves, then wanted to be a fireman. He ended up wearing Jayden's slippers, too. (That is not why I took this pic, though) Can you see what Brady is doing? He loves to pull the plug covers out of the electrical outlets and bring them to me. (Most the time in his mouth!) They are NOT very effective in our house.
They boys crack me up. So funny! Jayden is in his yellow fireman jacket on the laptop in the background and Brady looks so cute. I love to just watch them learn how things work, get themselves dressed, and see the outcome!
We went over to Reed and Paige's house so the kids could play together.
These two little fireman played at the train table most of the time.
The boys were ready early for church last week, so I was trying to get a picture of them together. That is getting harder and harder to do. I can get a cheesy "CHEESE" smile from Jayden, but Brady doesn't want to sit and look at me. Our Family Christmas pictures should be interesting this year!! :)
Always on the GO!
We went to Emily and Kylie's house for Emily's 2nd birthday party last weekend.
A storm came in and Jayden was finally able to see lightning and hear thunder. He has waited a long time for this, and often asks God to let him, "Just see it for a few minutes."
It was raining and hailing. I don't enjoy the cold, but it was fun to bundle up the boys in cute beanies and jackets, and watch Jayden's excitement when he was able to experience something he had been waiting a long time for. Cousin Kylie was checking it out, too!
Then, they watched with Grandma...
One day last week, we took the kids to Krispy Kreme!
They enjoyed watching how the donuts are made.
I don't mean to brag, but here is another one of those special moments...
Jayden put his arm around Brady and was talking to him about the donuts.
Choosing their donuts! Reed LOVES chocolate,
so I knew he which one he would pick! :)
This is blurry, but it is so funny. Can you see his excitement?
They were given a free mini donut while they waited in line.
(and hats!)
Time to eat!
Our big eaters!
(funny that our "little" ones are the ones who like to eat the most!)
Hanging out with Gaga
Another special moment...Jayden was watching tv (he often stands) and Brady was trying to get his attention. Jayden wrapped his arms around Brady and just held him. I would have thought Brady would have quickly moved on, but he stood there and let Jayden hold him. I love that they are so cuddly! Oh, and Jayden didn't lose focus of the tv. :) If it is on, he doesn't pay attention to anything around him. Brady goes up and pats on Jayden's belly, trying to get him to look down, and Jayden just wraps his arms around him without batting an eye! This is another reason why tv time is limited in our house! :)
SO blessed by my boys! Brady woke up from his nap yesterday with a 105 fever. We stripped him down, threw him in the tub and got his fever down to 103 before taking him to Urgent Care. He has strep throat and is miserable.
He won't eat or drink and just cries when he swallows. :(
He won't eat or drink and just cries when he swallows. :(
Please pray for him, and also pray that Jayden doesn't catch it.
