I'm a little behind on my postings, so here are a bunch, all in one.
Jayden started Soccer two weeks ago, and LOVES it! He is much more interested in Soccer than he was T-Ball. I think because this time the interaction is constant.
He is on the "Red" team this season.
Hudson, Paige, and Jayden can't wait to play someday.
Here is Hudson, hanging out...
Everest's turn to kick the ball and run!

Everest, Reed, and Jayden are all on the same team again...so fun!

Deciding on a team name.
Jayden wanted to be called, "Lightning McQueen!"
A few weeks ago, my grandparents came to visit.
I posted most the pictures on Facebook,
but here are a few cute shots. My mom with Mema and Pepa.
Jayden saw them taking a picture and said, "Wait for ME!"

Last week, a group of us got together and worked on Father's Day Gifts!
It was so nice. The kids all played while we sat and hung out,
and just shared life together. I have the best friends, ever.
Can't wait to give Jamie his gift. I will take pictures of it later, and then post them.
I don't want to give away our surprise!
Brady is developing quite the personality. He is just so cute!
If I have my phone or camera out, he smiles and says, "EEESE!"
I know this looks so funny, but cousin Carter came over to play. Aimee and I were hanging out in the kitchen and we hear Jayden saying, "No, no, guys. I am going poo-poo, you need to get out of here." Aimee and I started CRACKING up! I knew Jayden was in there, but we didn't know that the other two boys had joined him! Brady decided to pull out all the toilet paper, while Carter was washing his hands.
I guess when you're the oldest cousin, you just don't get any privacy. Haha! I KNOW there were times when Aimee, Wendee, and myself followed Jenn around, wherever she went. It is SO fun to see our boys doing the same things. Conner will be here in August, so it will be fun to have all our boys together!
On Wednesday, we had a surprise birthday dinner for my mom! She turned 55 and can officially order off the senior menu! You're getting old Mom! :) She looks amazing for her age, and is beautiful on the inside and out. She has a heart of gold and deserves to feel special EVERYDAY, not just on her birthday. It was fun celebrating her. We love you, Mom and appreciate all you do for our family. You have laid a loving foundation for our families and I pray I will become the mom, wife, and Gaga that you are. You would give the shirt off your back to anyone in need, and are an encouragement to all those you come in contact with. My desire is to have the
relationship with my boys that you have with Jenn and I.
You truly are the best, and I am so thankful to have you as a mom and friend.

Jayden was beyond excited to "SURPRISE GAGA!" I didn't tell him until the day of the party what I had planned, and then I had to keep him away from her all day. That was the hardest part. Jayden likes to call Gaga a million times a day, and sees her at least once a day. On Wednesday, keeping him away from her was pretty tough. I was proud of him (and of myself) for not spilling the beans on this one!
The best part was that Jenn, Craig, and the kids got to "be here" for the surprise! I am so thankful for technology! Jenn and I skype often, and Jayden and Conner show each other all their toys while we do. It's pretty cute.
They met us online at 6:15pm, and were able to yell, "Surprise!" when Gaga came in.

We hope this year is full of blessings!
Yesterday was Soccer Practice #2
Paigey hanging out in the stroller
Jamie is able to make it to every other practice with his work schedule.
The boys love when he is there, and so do I!
This is funny, we handed both kids a soccer ball and they both hugged them.

My cute boy
Such a big boy! Brady is growing so fast, and wants to do whatever Big Brother is doing. He is such a cute little toddler now. I wish he wouldn't grow so fast! :(
Today we had a picnic outside. The boys had Spaghetti-Os,
which should only be eaten outside! :)
I didn't put Brady in a highchair this time.
I let him sit with his brother, and as you can see below...
He was SOOOOO excited about it! He laughs at almost everything Jayden does.
Best Buddies!
Hope you have a great weekend!!
I wish Baylee could be playing soccer with all your boys! Next year! :)
ReplyDeleteOk so the pic of Jayden..the first one of your moms suprise party..I totally see your dad in him! It was like a mini'randy! :) So cute!
