Washington Trip

Jayden was so excited to go to Conner's house and was even more excited to ride in the airplane! The boys did SO well on the flights. There was never any fussing or crying. We had to stop and change planes on the way there and on the way home, and they were troopers! The people around us were complimenting us on how well behaved they were. I was one proud Mommy!
We took lots of books to read, sticker books to do, snacks to have, and toys to play with!
I flew by myself a year ago with the boys, but having Gaga there this time was a lot easier!
Brady loved the airplane. He kept saying, "UP! UP! UP!"
As soon as we got to Auntie Jenn's house, it was time to play!
The first morning we woke up there was Jayden's actual birthday. They had donuts...
 He opened presents...
The boys took pictures of each other...
Then, we were off to have a day focused on Jayden!
We headed to Chuck-E-Cheese's to play games. Ryan and Jess had school the week we were there, so they didn't get to go with us during the day, but we celebrated with them that night.
Jayden loved this bicycle that you could ride. As you pedal, it takes you to the ceiling.
Auntie Jenn had fun playing games, too!
 The birthday boy!
 Brady's turn!!
We were trying to get the boys together for a picture.
I took pics with my boys...
 Conner is quite the athlete!
Brady loved the rides.
 The "Fun Bus!"
Jayden asked Gaga to go in the tubes with him. How could she resist?
 Bahaha! It was FUNNY!
It made Jayden's day...how many "grandmas" would do this?!?!
Brady was so excited to see her when she got back to the bottom.
For lunch, Jayden wanted to go to Red Robin.
He got to stand on a chair, and hold a spoon in his mouth while they sang to him.
 Happy Birthday Jayden!
Conner asked, "Are you sharing with me, Jayden?" It was so cute. Jayden's answer, "Yeah, sure Conner! Let me find you a spoon." They are buddies.
Auntie Jenn had made Jayden a very special cake. His request of a "DINOSAUR" cake was granted. Thanks Auntie Jenn!
My sister's family has a tradition of sticking their face in their cake and taking a bite.
 Jayden enjoyed this tradition.
Thanks Auntie Jenn! You made Jayden's day very special.
 Brady loved snuggling with Jenn.
While we were there, we went to this place called, "Jumping Jacks!"
It was a building full of bounce houses. The boys had a blast!
(and it was only $4 to get in. SO wish we had one here!)
 The slide was fun!
 Gaga played too!
 Jayden
 Brady went down by himself!!!
He was terrified going down, but he loved it afterwards.
However, he wouldn't go down by himself again. Ha!
 Sweet boy
That afternoon, we went to watch Jessica's soccer game.
Gaga with her grandboys...
Jessica's fan club...
 It was cold!
She was a superstar! So proud of her!
A few days later, we went to Conner's soccer game. My boys were so jealous that Conner was out there playing and they had to sit and watch.
 Go Conner!
Brady and Jayden went out on the field to play during half-time.
Auntie Jenn was getting her Easter stuff out, so the boys wore these ears...
Made bunny cookies (on the floor! ha!)
Gaga made them a "FORT" to play in...
The last day there, we went to a place called, "Cabellas."
There were sharks in the tank! Brady thought they were cool!
Jayden thought they were cool, but wouldn't go near the tank! Haha! He waved from afar.
(Chicken like his Mama!)
 Cool animals...
It was a sporting goods store, so the boys had fun playing in the tents.
 Having a picnic!
Jayden was pretending to sleep on the cot...
So, of course, Brady wanted to do it, too! "Brady, too!"
The day before we flew home was Jessica's birthday!
I can't believe she is 15 years old.
She's such a pretty young woman...
 Keeping up the tradition...
 Gaga and all her grandkids...
We had such a fun trip! I had a special date night with my nephew, Ryan, but the pictures are on my cell phone. I will upload them when I get a chance. He plays the piano and is an awesome singer! I'm hoping the next time we go, we can attend one of his concerts. Oh...he also loves to play cards. We played a ton of card games together while we were there, I was just too busy to take pics! :(
Thanks for a fun trip, Jenn!!
We missed you, Craig and can't wait for him to come home this Christmas!
